Little Tractors – Forncett Playgroup is run by an experienced and dedicated team of staff who are accountable to the Management Committee. Our Playgroup Leader is responsible for the day to day management and leadership of the staff in planning, delivering and assessing each session.
All staff are subject to a comprehensive and in-depth interview process. They are recruited based on their experience and dedication to providing an environment suitable to learning through play. Staff are required to and are keen to regularly update their professional development.
As part of our ethos, we encourage all staff to develop positive relationships with families and encourage close relationships between staff and children.
We use golden rules at Little Tractors to encourage safety and respect – these include: Kind Hands, Walking Feet and Kind Words.
